Myristica fragrans Kernel Oil is obtained by the steam distillation of the dried brown seeds of the tree Myristica fragrans, Myristicaceae.
Nutmeg Essential Oil may be useful in treating arthritis, constipation, fatigue, muscle aches, nausea, neralgia, poor circulation, rheumatism, slow digestion.
It has a good anti-inflammatory action .
It can tone the body and also protect against colds.
When burned or vaporised Nutmeg can be beneficial to the nervous system. It may also soothe the digestive system and aching muscles as well as invigorating the mind.
