If driving into Cromer from Norwich direction follow the A140 All The Way from Norwich after 8-10 minutes after skirting past Alysham you will pass through the village of Roughton with a petrol station on the left go straight through the double roundabouts still heading for Cromer 4 minutes after this you will come to a T junction with a chequred sign turn left towards Cromer (A140 A149) and 30 seconds on your left you will find us (look for the blue & white North Norfolk Business Park sign)

If driving into Cromer from North Walsham Great Yarmouth Direction
follow the A149 heading for Cromer 5 minutes after passing through Thorpe Market you will come to a juction A140 Norwich to your left at this point DONT TURN LEFT but continue STAIGHT ON towards Cromer WE are then 30 seconds on the left after this junction (look for the blue & white North Norfolk Business Park sign)

If entering Cromer from the west on the A148 or A149 (Sheringham holt Fakenham or Hunstanton direction) pass through the town passing the Church and museum to the left staight on following the signs for Norwich A140 pass through the traffic lights which takes you out of town straight across the mini roundabout and up the hill passing the two schools to the left you will pass over two railway bridges at the top of the hill and you will have left the town a minute or two later you will pass a group of houses and a buss stop and Tool Hire on the right just past this is a farm house set back from the Road immediatly after this look for the blue & white North Norfolk Business Park on the Right and Turn in and we are straight ahead of you !
